Prof. Dr. Achim Hörauf was the guest speaker during the GLOHRA Academy Series on Tuesday, 7 March 2023. Early career researchers as well as the wider GLOHRA community joined to listen to the talk. The Series directs special attention towards the added value of interdisciplinary and international cooperation in global health research. Achim Hörauf presented his research on filarial infections and discussed how elimination might bring about transitions to treatments for the neglected populations.
